I sure hope this trade isn’t reminiscent of the Herschel Walker trade…

OK, first off I am a huge Vikings fan and have been all my life and I know they have won 5 straight, but please, please don’t call them “red-hot” lest they start to believe the hype. Until they beat a real team (i.e. the Packers or Dallas or Indy or the Pats), just leave them alone and let them go about their business. This year, given the state of their QB situation, I just want them into the playoffs so they can get some big game experience. Anything beyond that is gravy.

Go Vikes!
